Floors: Located in the Land of Valdeví, Land of Jara, Lebratinos and Valdenogal. Not very deep, in a sandy surface with cobbles and smooth pebbles; loamy in depth.
Grape harvest type: Manual
Facilities: Deposits of fermentation and storage of stainless steel. Cement deposits in order to perform lactic waste. Total capacity of cellar 4.000.000 l. Thermal control of fermentation throughout the cooler equipment, and double casing in deposits, where refrigeration water circulates.
Removal of wine to the rearing cellar by graveness. Bottling with a performance of 2.500 bottles / hour. Underground rearing factory premises with 400 casks of 225l from new ones up to four years age. American and French oak.
